The technician was very professional. He gave me a call prior to arrival, which I certainly did appreciate. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and did excellent work. He gave me some good information regarding caring for the window mechanisms & that should make them operate smoother & easier. I appreciated his sharing this information with me.

We were having a little trouble locking our new windows. Much to our chagrin, it turns out we were not quite doing it correctly. Kevin showed up on time and was very pleasant, efficient and professional as he showed us the proper way to open, close, and lock them.
We love our windows and especially appreciate the outstanding customer service provided by Kevin at Window World! Highly recommend!

Joe Jorge walked me thru the whole process. No pressure sales approach. Very straightforward. I even used chat GPT for help with asking questions and entered the answers Joe provided. I expected a high pressure sales like some other window companies. This was very refreshing. Very professional.
