Kevin was very friendly and patient!! Our appt. Window was 12-4pm…. But we got stuck on a morning errand and he was kind enough to shuffle things around to give us more time. Excellent customer service!!! He also gave us tips on lubricating our windows 😃 Thank you!!! ♥️

Kevin Sullivan completed the installation of my new windows. He was very courteous and professional. He explained what he was doing and why it is done that way.
He also explained what to look for if any problems were to arise with the new windows and assured me he would return if anything needed to be addressed.
I could not be happier with my entire experience with Window World of Polk County.
